Wayzata Yacht Club and
the Wayzata Sailing Foundation announce the
Wayzata Sailing
School. The school will offer several youth sailing
programs to kids ages 6 to 18. High school and college racing starts at
ice-out in April. Summer
week-long all-day learn to sail courses, as well as racing classes will
start in mid June. Local regattas and regional events are on
the schedule for Optimists, Lasers, and C420s.
WSS will offer several Learn to Sail programs for children
and teens throughout the summer in Optimist Prams,
and Club 420s.
These classes are the foundation for entry into the racing program.
