Spring Racing Seminars    2007

The RACING SEMINARS are directed toward adult beginner and intermediate racers, but are also helpful to experienced racers to prepare for the upcoming season.  

The FIRST TWO sessions on Rules, Tactics, and Strategy are presented by Bert Foster, a United States Sailing Association certified senior race officer and judge.  Bert is a longtime judge and has taught many seminars about racing rules, tactics and strategy. 

The THIRD session is a Sail Shape and Trim seminar by Terry Foster and Gordy Bowers.  Terry has given numerous seminars for yacht clubs all over the country and competed at a high level nationally.  Gordy is a sail maker, former coach of the US Olympic team and the U of Minnesota.

Time: 7:30-9:30 p.m.

Member Cost: $10 per session or $25 for all three
Non-Member Cost: $15 per session or $35 for all three
No pre-registration required, but encouraged.
